Halloween forecast looking very nice for candy gathering this evening. The hourly forecast for Denton courtesy of WeatherToGolf.com: 6 PM Clear 78 degrees SSE winds at 7 mph gusting to 9 mph. We will see pleasant weather conditions continue in the Denton area for the next several days. A weak upper level system will move across the area on Saturday and will drop the humidity levels over the next several days. This will help lower our temperatures back into the normal range for this time of the year. SPECIAL NOTE: A 2.5 magnitude earthquake occurred at 11:25pm Thursday night followed by a 3.0 magnitude earthquake at 12:01 am. Both were in the Grand Prairie/Irving area. The epicenters were calculated to be in the Shady Grove area. A nice scary start to Halloween 2008! More information can be found on the small quake HERE at the USGS.
