Winter Storm Warning cancelled- Freezing Rain Advisory Issued

The NWS has cancelled the Winter Storm Warning and issued a freezing rain advisory.

Area temperatures in and around Denton County and Cooke County and south into the Metroplex are ranging from 31 - 35 degrees. Most temperature reports to our west in Decatur and Wise County are from 30 - 32 degrees at this time.

Use caution this morning while driving to work, particularly in rural areas. Commuters should be prepared for ice patches on bridges and overpasses though the probability of such conditions will decrease during the day.

Robert will post an update this morning with more specifics.

WTG radar, as of 0640 this morning, indicates most moisture is south of Denton though there are some areas of precip in Wise county.
