Icy Friday Morning Still a Possibility for Denton...

I’ve been going through the latest numbers being crunched by the National Weather Service’s supercomputers. They continue to spit out conditions that may very well come together for some icy weather in the Denton area Friday morning. At this time I am upping the chance of Denton getting some freezing rain between 6am and noon tomorrow to 40%. Accumulations will be generally less than 1/4 of an inch. However that is all it takes to make for some hazardous traveling conditions. I will continue to update the DRC weather blog all day as I get new information. I will post my final full forecast on this event around mid-afternoon.

Stay tuned for updates as the Denton Record Chronicle cares about what happens weather-wise that may affect you and your loved ones.
