« Denton, Dallas, Fort Worth getting rain, little ice | Main | Fog will lift and a nice Sunday afternoon is on tap for the Denton area... »

Denton County has been dropped from the freezing rain advisory!

The National Weather Service has discontinued the freezing rain advisory for Denton.

Temperatures will remain cool today. I believe that most of the rain showers and mist should be out of the area by this afternoon if not sooner.

Today will be the coldest day for the next several days. As Matt commented below it will be time to break out the short sleeves over the weekend as temperatures will flirt with the 70 degree mark.

Denton's weekend forecast is looking nice.
