« Wind and Fire Still a Cause for Concern Today... updated! | Main | Denton's January Weather Wrap-up... »

A cold front and more windy conditions for Denton today...

Another windy day on tap for us as a strong cold front moves through. However, the fire danger is somewhat less today as we will have a bit higher relative humidity. A Wind Advisory is in effect from 9am to 7pm as we'll see blustery conditions once again today. Wind speeds in the 30mph range with gust to around 40mph will be common across the Denton area.

The windy weather will not go away either, so prepare for another bad hair day tomorrow.

Expect chilly conditions overnight with temperatures dropping into the upper 20s. The weekend is looking nice at this time. We could see temperatures making into the 70s by Sunday.
