« Denton weekend weather... Springlike! | Main | Spring-like weekend coming up and then the bottom falls out... »

Weather rollercoaster continues for the Denton area...

Temperatures will be close to seasonal normal today and tonight and then we will warm back up during the week. Many area temps dropped to near or below freezing just for a while this morning and we could see the same happen again in some places overnight tonight.

There will be a couple of weak cold/cool fronts that move through the Denton area this week. One on Wednesday and the other on Friday. With limited moisture in place there will be no rain chances. Winds will pick up before and after each frontal passage. Keep in mind that with dry conditions across the area we may see an elevated risk of grassfires on windier days.

The next major system to affect us will probably not arrive until the weekend. It is hard to tell just how we will be affected at this time, but there may be a chance for some rain showers then.

Enjoy your week.
